| Dr Mahendra Reddy is also the Dean of the College of Business, Hospitality and Tourism Studies. Dr Reddy has an impressive record of consultancies for national and international agencies, most recently a review of the Northern Development Programme for the Fiji Ministry of National Planning. | Mrs. Leba Mataitini hold a Masters of Business Administration (MBA) from the University of the South Pacific (USP) and graduate Diploma in Occupational Health from the University of Adelaide, South Australia. Mrs. Mataitini's professional career of thirty-five (35) years at the University of the South Pacific was in the provision of the technical, administrative and financial support for the teaching and research carried out at USP. |

She holds the position as National President of the Young Women's Christian Association (YWCA) and was former presidents of the Fiji Association of the Women Graduates and the South Pacific Action Committee on Human Ecology and Environment (SPACHEE).

| Mr. Shah is a registered barrister and solicitor. He holds a Masters in Law (Honours) from Victoria University of Wellington, New Zealand. Since 2002 he has coordinated within the following areas of law at the University of the South Pacific - contract law, real estate and land management law, town and country planning law, environment law, commercial law, tax law, banking law, company and partnership law and introduction to commercial law. |
