Mr. Sepeti Tagilala holds a Masters of Business Administration (MBA) from University of the South Pacific and Bachelor of Arts (BA) from University of the South Pacific. Mr. Tagilala started his professional career from 1987 in the position of the Audit Internship at KPMG. He also has an impressive record of International Consultancies.
He later joined Fiji Sugar Corporation (FSC) in Labasa Mill in 1992 in the capacity of Commercial Officer for a year. From 1992-1994 Mr. Tagilala worked at Fiji Trades & Investment Board as Investment Promotion & Project Monitoring Officer, where later on he was promoted to the position of Senior Implementation & Service Officer.
In 1994 he moved to Unit Trust of Fiji (UTOF) Management Limited in the capacity of the General Manager and Board Secretary. He later on joined Suva Stock Exchange Limited (now South Pacific Stock Exchange Limited) as the General Manager and Board Secretary. In year 1996 Mr. Tagilala established his own consultancy company; Principal Consultant, S. Tagilala & Company Limited-Business & Management Consultants.
